1. Do you ship to my country?

We ship to United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Germany, France.

2. How much does shipping cost?

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In Shipping Order, usually will process within 1-2 business day, shipping in 3-8 business day depends on shipping address and it will be delayed to within 48-72h during the certain holiday. 

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time 

(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances) 

Processing Time: 1-2 business days

Standard Shipping Time: 5-12 business days

Express Shipping Time: 3-8 business days

4. How can I track my order?

5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at

amzshijicheng@outlook.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
